Terms of Use

This Terms of Use are describing the rules for the use of Safeace (referred to as the Application, our, us, and we). Once you installed the Application, you confirmed your agreement to these Terms of Use. We encourage our users to read them carefully, since the violation of any point of these Terms can cause the block of your account without an explanation of the reason and prior notice.

Usage Policy

The rules described in this document are the same for all users and we notice that you’re self-responsible for the next actions:
• The users are not allowed to upload or share content that is prohibited by law;
• No one is allowed to harm, offense or discriminate (neither gender, nor religion, sexual inclination, race, age, ethnicity, nation, and disability) other people during the usage of Safeace;
• It’s not allowed to copy, share, use, or access the source code of our application without prior official permission from the owner of Safeace;
• We’re against illegal activities and strictly prohibit our users to organize and participate in them;
• The intellectual properties are not allowed to be violated while using Safeace.

Limited Warranties and Liability

The Application cannot ensure the reliability of the system. By using Safeace, the user follows our services as is. In case of any damages caused during the operation of the system, you also confirm that you will not file any claims against Safeace and its owners. 
We do not traffic the websites and applications you use while Safeace is on. From this follows that we’re not responsible for the visited websites and purchases made by our users. Safeace does its best to make its services available at any time. However, unpredictable and uncontrolled obstacles, such as poor connection or VPN services can vary, and this goal can’t be achieved from time to time. Please notice that Safeace is not responsible for accidentally deleting, not delivering, or redirecting incorrectly due to the issues with network or problems with the Application. Safeace leaves the right to limit the performance capabilities of the Application at its sole decision.
Notice that this document may be changed by the administration of Safeace without a prior message to the users. You automatically agree to all the applied amendments, if you keep using the Application, and, therefore, you’re obliged to follow them. Please read this document from time to time to stay informed. We may also suspend operations and services without prior notice.
